With less then a week to go, Bohemia Interactive has released a launch trailer for the Downloadable Content that's coming our way on August 26th 2010. The British Armed Forces (BAF) are available as DLC for Operation Arrowhead and will cost you 9 Euro.

"Players take on the role of British paratroopers and engage the enemy on an asymmetric battlefield. Less than two months after Operation Arrowhead successfully routed the Takistani military regime, NATO coalition forces face a large-scale outbreak of guerilla insurgency. A mechanized force of British troops is about to deploy and embark upon a large-scale counter-insurgency campaign, which will define the future of the coalition presence in Takistan: Operation "Crimson Lance"."

Just days ago Campaign 3 of the PvP tournament Charlie Foxtrot was finished. SI won this campaign bigtime. Now the signups for Campaign 4 are open and a new island makes it's debut: Island Duala.
Forces are growing since the sign-ups are open and both armies getting their structures. RS general is Mickd and SI general is Ashby.

Yesterday ArmA2 Operation Arrowhead reached the GOLD status which means a master disk has been send to the factories to take it into mass production. After that the distribution process starts and the game can be purchased from retail stores around the world on June 29th.
